Provide expert guidance to customers on a wide range of sports equipment. I also managed inventory and merchandising, working to create a visually appealing sales floor. Part of my responsibilities were also to collaborate with sales team to drive store promotions, enhancing customer experience and increasing sales growth. I’m engaged in continuous learning about new products and industry trends to provide the best recommendations possible to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
