Projects: Guney 1 RES construction, installation and commissioning; 73,6 MW installed powered Wind Power Plant Construction; Preparation of drilling and reservoir areas of Salihli Geothermal Power Plant • Achieved the successful startup of the turbine, resulting in the fastest production of electricity in Turkey. • Identified the risks and mitigation activities, monitored job progress and costs, and provided to execute monthly payments to contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. • Performed technical due diligence to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and legislative regulations for various projects. • Collaborated and assisted with the superintendents and construction managers and clients; generated detailed reports related to daily basis site requirements. • Influenced projects to ensure compliance with corporate standards and legislative requirements through technical due diligence. • Managed the construction of 1 WTG, 1 substation, and 6,5 km of road within the 105-calendar-day time frame to take advantage of the incentives offered by the YEKDEM, despite challenges posed by Covid, and organised the energy plant to start generating electricity in the shortest time possible within the same period in Turkey.• Accomplished the construction of a control building, 54000KV substation, 29 km of the access road, 25 km of trench excavation, and the laying and backfilling of 1x120/16mm² and 1x185/25 mm² cables, 14 turbine generator foundations with a diameter of 85 feet, anchor cage installation in 13 months despite the adverse weather conditions.

Projects: 156 and 150 flats two residence projects, and 40 offices workplace projectManaged materials, plant and labour within the allocated budget and resources, ensuring their safe, effective and efficient delivery of service on the projects.• Employed advanced project monitoring techniques, and cost analysis strategies to optimise project processes, resulting in a 20% reduction in overall construction time, and a 5.4% reduction in project budget according to project scope.• Achieved despite the economic crisis in 2016, and the significant increase in the USD to TRY exchange rate from 3.79 to 7.21 within 2 months during the 2018 crisis, the project without any deviation in the project budget through effective purchasing, and supply chain management.• Spearheaded the Inallar Hayat project (156 upscale apartments, 320,000 ft², £36m budget), and led the Inallar Hayat II project (150 high-end apartments, 310,000 ft², £41m budget).• Directed the realisation of the Inallar Cadde project, attaining the construction of a commercial complex, and installation of façade cladding, with a total construction area of 108,000 ft², and a budget of £11m.• Supervised and monitored the side labour force and the work of subcontractors, and implemented quality control and health and safety requirements.•Performed cost calculations and prepared financial projections, executed quantity survey tables, material assessment reports and monthly progress payment tables for the management. Projects: Registered construction contractor with a valid accreditation in BP Gemlik Mineral Oil Factory, Construction Works for Cimtas Steel and Cimtas Pipe Fabrication (ENKA) and Borusan LogisticsIdentified and prioritised construction risks and opportunities, and managed programmes to mitigate and realized the same. Monitored the on-site employees and subcontractors. Provided technical HSE support to the site in order to ensure the safe delivery of the day, compliance with the organization’s standards, good industry practices and local legislative requirements where applicable. Led safety and promoted best practices.• Directed and executed the administrative building reinforcement project at Borusan Port, maintaining uninterrupted port operations throughout the construction of a 34,000 ft area, without the need to relocate the server room in 2 months.• Finalised construction of a 150,000 ft² open stockyard for the Cimtas Pipe factory including all excavation, filling, and site concrete activities, including installing two 112,000-pound crane hoists in 90 calendar days.• Managed the HSQE regulations of the conveyor bridge, grease production facility, and stock area projects at BP Gemlik mineral oil facilities by implementing the HITRA method, resulting in the signing of the main construction contractor contract.• Coordinated the construction of a new hangar for the 1550-meter-long steel platform of the Osmangazi suspension bridge, and additional hangars for Nordex and Enercon companies' wind turbine towers, including cladding, within 4 months to meet the deadlines for Cimtas Steel Factory.• During Borusan Lojistik Port's main building reinforcement project, prevented the delivery delay due to reaching the old foundation by purchasing Kubota KX71-3. Provided to complete the project before the end date of the project.

Project: O5 Highway Project from Istanbul to Izmir• Collaborated in managing the Gebze-Izmir Highway Project including a 33.5 km highway, 706,293,334 ft³ of earthworks, 7 viaducts, 1303 m NATM tunnel, 18 bridges, 16 underpass bridges, and 79 box culverts.

Project: Pipe engineering projects• Created 120+ gas, and pipeline projects focusing on easing the installation of mechanical, heating, and cooling systems, and open-closed pipelines by using AutoCAD, ZetaCAD, and IdeCad tools.• Generated, and managed the City Council, Chamber of Commerce, and Industry and Commodity Exchange building central heating projects from solid to natural gas fuel boilers including 4670 ft of pipe, and 4000+ kW of natural gas burner.• Implemented, and led all mechanical installation projects in Gemlik Cius Shopping Mall, and 500+ apartment, and building-level natural gas heating systems avoiding time loss by tackling tasks sequentially in residential projects.
