I am a young, positive and well-balanced individual with very high standards towards work and my professional development. I have enjoyed the challenge of a number of different jobs and have the self-motivation, ambition and skills required to undertake any sales position involved in meeting customer satisfaction and needs including any management and working with high calibre key accounts. Still wanting to learn and to develop my already existing knowledge, I am a very keen to learn new skills from other people and other sources. I am self-driven towards my goals and am very supportive of other people, I believe in teamwork. have now worked for several large businesses which include, cahoots the internet bank for whom I worked over 4 years, Eurotel limited for whom I worked for just over 3 years and have been contracted out to ebay motors in my history of employment, I worked for a company called Beneficial Finance for about three months but soon became to feel and understand that it wasn’t a good choice that I had made due to morals. My true understanding for any business is customer retention and customer care, I believe that if we can get this correct then sales will come naturally, all businesses have competitors however the difference is not on price but on quality and how valued we can make our customers feel, I never think short term but always what is ahead of our next move

National Account ManagerSci Sales Group Mar 2008 - Mar 2009Company Position DateSCI Sales/ eBay Motors Senior Consultant/Account manager March 2008 – March 2009I was head hunted by SCI Sales who had found my CV listed on totaljobs.com, they had secured a contract with eBay Motors Pro to employee a Consultant/Account Manager to visit car dealerships who were using eBay Motors to advertise their cars using classified adverts, the emphasis behind this was to educate the dealerships on how the internet operates and how to use all the features available on eBay which would help increase traffic to their listings which in return will lead to more sales being generated. Initially I was recruited to secure existing customers to a contract however due to my background and discussions in my interview the role was changed to the above as we agreed it would make more of a positive impact rather than chasing customers down purely to place them on a contract and talk about cost as our main competitor Auto Trader had already grown a reputation to only contact their customers when their contract is up for renewal or if prices where to go up, we had a idea of being everything that Auto Trader were not. In my first full month in working for the company I was presented with the award of sales person of the month, after 7 months of working for the company I was promoted to senior consultant and was given the responsibility to manage the gold accounts which consisted of companies like, Listers, Peoples Motors, Autoquake, Auto world, and also franchised dealers including BMW, Land Rover, Audi and many more. Within this move I had also secured new business with the likes of the Brindley Group and Renault UK. -
