Software Support - providing support services to current clients of custom software division over the phone, online, and in person/videoconferencing. Customers purchased customized business software solutions that were developed in house and were provided on going support through a 6 man team, of which I was a member. Support team also provided user testing and debugging assistance to development team, working in tandem with customer requirements and expectations. Support team was given client accounts and liased with customers on their needs and user experience and communicated bugs and update requests to development team.

I played poker as a full time means of income for 3 years in Chicago. I generated an annualized ROI of 151% over 3 years.

Member of a 5 person team that provided support to faculty and staff for all computer and network related issues. Support team covered over 500 users and 1500 PCs, Macs, Linux based machines and peripheral and networked devices, including mobile devices.

Built, upgraded, and repaired custom PCs. Sold custom PC parts to clients looking to upgrade, repair, or build their own PCs. Provided basic desktop support to customers over the phone, in-store, or on location per request. Installed in-home and small business networks and phone systems.
