Thank you for viewing my profile!When I was a little girl, I remember my dad taking me to work with him at the hospital. I was fascinated by how healthcare workers were proactive and empathetic towards patients, helping them with physical or emotional needs. This sparked my interest in pursuing the nursing pathway as I wanted to be able to help make a difference in ensuring patients' lives.Ever since my time in undergrad, I knew I had a passion for content creation and social media marketing. I pursued this passion as I am from the Central Valley and a graduate who obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Psychology from the University of California Merced (UC Merced is the University of California system's newest campus and the nation's first research institution of the 21st century.)​ I was apart of the marketing department for my college activities board where I filmed media and engaged in content creation, this is what helped spark my interest in Digital Marketing.I am currently a rehabilitation nursing technician (RNT) as well as being active in a clinical marketing internship. I collaborate with Dr. Dooreck, who is my mentor in medical blogging and engage in trends on LinkedIn to strengthen my personal and professional skills. Last but not least I am on the Digital Marketing track for COOP which is a fellowship to improve my marketing skills and professional development as I learn hard skills such as Excel, SEO, SEM, and media planning. In the future I want to be in a company to help build myself in the marketing department through media content such as content creation/social media marketing and become a nurse in the medical field. My effort towards this career is to provide for those in need, especially in low-income communities. Apart from my goals of helping the community in the Central Valley, I have my personal goals of gaining experience in the healthcare field and impacting individuals' lives.
