As an operations specialist, I handle day to day operations such as revenue auditing and analysis, logistics, procurement, scheduling, quality control, inventory management and many other duties. I also do reporting on labour and material costs. Another part of my job is to manage our business clients who require on-demand services. I do inventory and financial reporting for those specific accounts as well.

Best Home Kitchens has given me an abundant amount of experience in the business world on how the supply chain works and how important it is to get a product to the customer in the allotted time while keeping costs efficient. One of my daily tasks consisted of working with over 50 suppliers to schedule product delivery. These products include containers of cabinetry wood and cabinet handles from China and Italy. Also as an accounts specialist, I was in charge of handling the payables and receivables for my company. I communicated with over 20 clients in a given day to schedule product installation, appointments for new clients, and attended to client complaints.

Working with Calvin Klein, I learned many skills on how to manage a business. I started off as a Cash Lead and was promoted to Floor Supervisor after 3 months at my position. My tasks consisted of doing weekly inventory reports, placing orders for supplies, and managing employees. I led the store to successfully be in the top 2 consistently every week for customer sign-ups to our loyalty program. My sign-up rate averaged at about 80% weekly. Also, I was in charge of opening and closing the store, arranging floor sets, and coaching employees to provide the best in customer service.
