Role : Managing Business for India and UAE Region.Responsible for Creating Strategy for Business Growth.Handling Team of 30+ Resources including Senior Recruiters, TL, Mangers and BD.Making ROI Reports.Supporting Business Development Team for leads generation and conversion.Provide training to Internal employees on various recruitment platforms.Maintaining relationships with HR, HRM, HR heads, CHRO etc.Managing compliance & Operations related issues.

Major Role & Responsibilities: Leadership Sourcing, Accounts Management, Team & Operation Management  Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on business specifications. Expertise in sourcing via various platforms on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Recruitem, Hirst, Hiretual and so on... Involved in the full life cycle of the Recruitment Process starting from mapping, sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offers, and reference checks. Follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance of offers, joining etc and maintain a relationship thereafter Managing Clients, responsible for Team performance & Operations task. Manage all day-to-day mandates, downloads, and feedback coming from the HM/HRs. Scout & hire a right fit team member and then train them on every platform related to recruitment. Handling L1 Discussions of HR Interviews in order to assess the candidates Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills etc. Help team in sourcing relevant candidates through social media platforms, job portals, networking, job posting, mass mailing, and references. Raising Invoices for all the clients for over all Business. Preparing Business Analysis Reports (Costing Vs Revenue Report), Assignments Received Vs Closed, TAT and WIP.  Preparing Performance Reports of all the Team members & ROI MIS for the cross assignments

Major Responsibilities:-• Directly dealing with the corporate clients; providing them with the recruitment solutions by customizing the same as per their requirements.• Complete organizational mapping• Responsible for analyzing requirements of client and ensure the Delivery.• Responsible for recruiting the candidates of various skills set as per the project Specifications. • Screening of the resumes received through various channels Such as LinkedIn,slide share ,portals,google etc)

Responsible for Team management , Recruitment, , Account Management & Business Development .Handling team of 4 Recruiters .

Responsible for End to end Recruitment, Sourcing, screening, Validating profiles as per client requirement

Responsible for Internal Recruitment ,Campus Hring ,Employee Engagement ,Exit Formalities for Pan India.Managing Vendors .
