• To plan, monitor and control production.• To co-ordinate with design deptt. For timely completion of samples. • After study the samples, preparation of specification sheets, cost sheets.• To handle full responsibility for timely preparations of sample sets & submit to marketing teams for expected booking. • To co-ordinate with all other internal deptt. For timely procurement of fabric, trims and accessories etc.. • Issue of orders to fabric procurements production units, post shipment analysis.• Monitoring till the end of production with regular follow up to process.• Check and follow up for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, embroidery, printing,etc.• Regular follow-up with vendors for production status and to solve production related problems of vendors. Fully responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods.
