Leveraged leadership and managerial skills honed through years of entrepreneurship.Skilled in problem-solving, I successfully managed my motor trade business and remotely led overseas teams during the pandemic, developing intranet and online project management databases for global collaboration.Currently a key player in Khalsa Aid, I oversee global operations including disaster relief and aligned our development projects with six Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Proactively embrace learning and technology to enhance efficiency, resulting in heightened productivity and impact.Passionate about humanitarian work, I draw inspiration from my Sikh heritage, aiming to break the cycle of dependency in the charity sector.
