Mentored by the senior director/ceo.responsible for attendance, handling all logistical issues, optimisation, client relations, disciplinary/ hiring alongside HR team, software/ data management, vehicle maintenance/breakdowns/ roadside incidents, deliveries, mergers. Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the Acton depot. Responsible for a massive logistical daily operation.

• A bridal & prom jewellery/accessories supplier created by myself. Collections designed by myself and manufactured internationally and locally. With over 400 clients across the UK and internationally. Clients ranged from small bespoke boutiques to multiples and department stores. • Liquidated in 2017 Q4 due to the effects of Brexit and core price increase in raw materials and manufacturing processes

• Managing a Front Office (FO) application for trade capture• Enhancing/amending trade capture to cater for new business needs and changes• Working as point contact for enhancements for a Middle Office (MO) application used for auto generating legal confirmations• Working closely with external vendor’s providing JPMC with services linked to the legal confirmations group. External Vendors such as DTCC, Swapswire• Providing both tactical and permanent robust solutions to business requirements• Coordinating business requirements throughout its entire lifecycle both within trade capture and legal docs• Converting business requirements into understood and well defined functional specifications • Working closely with the risk team to ensure there are no discrepancies between our internal applications• Part of the graduate recruitment team, promoting and marketing JPMC across various universities. Screening applications and assisting new graduate employees settle in during the start of their careers• Investment banking and thorough business knowledge of products within equities in detail.
