With a focus on engaging and motivating students, I have acquired extensive experience working with diverse student populations and showcasing sensitivity towards multicultural issues.Throughout my teaching career, I have made significant contributions as an Assistant Professor, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law, Mass Communication, and Management. Additionally, I have actively participated in faculty development programs, organizing literary activities, and fostering intellectual discussions.My academic prowess extends to research-based teaching, wherein I emphasize the exploration of historical subjects with an analytical lens. With a strong organizational acumen, I design syllabi for courses on Human Values and Understanding India, fostering holistic education.My passion for knowledge has driven me to pursue a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in History and Religious Studies.In recognition of my academic achievements, I have successfully qualified the UGC NET in History, complemented by a Refresher Course in History and Religion sponsored by UGC MHRD. These experiences have fortified my teaching methods and broadened my understanding of historical perspectives.Currently, I hold the position of Assistant Professor of History at University Institute of Liberal Arts and Humanities, Chandigarh University.
