I attend the Mississauga campus of Mohawk College. I'm a health services office administrator student. My programme focuses on helping students gain knowledge and abilities in medical office practises and procedures. Along with learning how to schedule appointments, I'm also learning how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs, as well as medical billing and financial accounting, and medical terminology. My participation in a variety of extracurricular activities has also aided in the improvement of my communication and interpersonal skills. I am confident that the combination of my programme's theoretical and applied knowledge and my soft skills will make me a valued addition in any health services organisation.
