• Responsible for monthly, weekly & daily MIS & Reports.• Main Reports: Clinical Visit Report, Payment Pendency Report, Staff Utilization Report, Stock Report, Requirement of Consumables Report.• Handling all back & front end operational activities regarding service, complaints etc.• Handling Payment Record of Packages.• Coordination with service & accounts department to ensure the smooth service operations.• Maintain stock record of Consumables & Medicines.• MIS (Management Information System) for the above activities on weekly as well as monthly basis.

• As an operations Executive key responsibility are time management of the staff for ex. Daily Attendance Record, Leaves/Absentees Record, Time in/Time out, Punching of marketing staff maintenance of the record of staff & company.• Use of inventory software for (Computer Accessories Details).• Maintain the complaints files on daily basis like complaint resolve data, pendency data, complaint lock data & details of regarding complaints received from marketing executives.• Maintain weekly or monthly reports regarding sale/purchase of Computer Accessories.

• Coordination for Service, Migration & Retention MIS for Punjab Circle.• Responsible for monthly, weekly & daily MIS & Reports.• Handling all back & front end operational activities regarding service, complaints etc.• Coordination with service and accounts department to ensure the smooth service operations.• Controlling on all the activities of Caf management. (Activation of Prepaid & Postpaid connections) Punjab Cluster.• Handling all the activities of Pre-& Post address verification of Prepaid & Postpaid Sales Punjab Cluster.• Responsible for uploading data on Simplify, Verify, Clarify & Icare for Prepaid & Postpaid Caf activities.• Responsible for the training of personnel and team members to deliver quality service in the market.• MIS (Management Information System) for the above activities on weekly as well as monthly basis.
