Responsiblities included Interface Administration, Tested data transfer and assists super users in testing external vendor interfaces, Performed and/or delegates project control functions to assure effective and complete planning and implementation methods are practiced, Researched reported problems by testing and documentation, Maintains and monitors running interfaces, troubleshoot as needed, Monitors interface logs, Establishes data mapping, HL7 interface methodologies, Ensured and verified interface data integrity upon installation, Ensures interface milestones are met to support the project plan, Developed testing plans, Ensured and verified integrity of interface data, Communicated resolution options to users and develops a plan for resolution, Coordination of Upgrades, Communicated interfaces requirements and issues between customer and vendor, Communicated fixes, enhancements, test plans, training issues and time frames to user area coordinators, Acted as a resource to users relative to application functionality
