CurrentAs a Teacher-in-Charge of Basic Science and Humanities Department at BBIT, my day-to-day responsibilities in the institute include(but are not restricted to):• formulating, implementing and monitoring academic and administrative measures for development and improvement in performance of the Department• maintaining coordination between faculties and higher authorities for all administrative purposes to preserve a healthy relation across all departments• preparing time tables for new sessions and invigilation duty routines• carrying out post examination tasks including preparation and submission of consolidated mark-sheets of the department• generating session-wise performance reports of each faculty to ensure further improvement• paying individual attention to all students, especially to the relatively weaker ones and take necessary actions like conducting counseling sessions and arranging parent-teach meetings to ensure improvement in performance
