With a strong background in increasing productivity and addressing specialized challenges, I tailor Hilti’s products, services, and training to meet unique client demands.What I Do:Serve as the main contact for construction professionals, providing consultative support and ensuring high client satisfaction within my territory.Conduct jobsite assessments to address challenges in health, safety, productivity, and specialized applications, recommending solutions from Hilti's extensive range of tools, inserts, fastenings, and fixings.Offer toolbox talks, safety guidance, and hands-on training to uphold industry standards and best practices.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering seamless after-sales support and access to Hilti’s nationwide network of field engineers and service centers.Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely services, including next-day delivery, tool repair, and comprehensive account support.
