Writing about self requires a fine balance between maintaining humility and be subtle but also recognise and highlight your belief and core strength. As I have worked through the years across GE, Nestle, JPM chase to Wipro/HCL and UBS, I have built a strong line of Leaders who achieved great career success and made a name for themselves, Global stakeholders who accomplished and exceeded their corporate ambitions by partnering with me and became friends for life, Organisations that successfully transformed by executing the strategy in most uncomplicated fashion and built an environment that self sustains to continue to churn leaders and nurture careers in a value based ecosystem. I feel extremely delighted when I look back at that line up and I feel more and more leaders need to embrace professional courtesy, decorum, respect and strength to take and build the road that doesn't get flooded and erodes once you have crossed over.
