I serve as Partner, Consulting & Deals with PwC Canada based out of our Winnipeg office. In Prairies Corporate Finance, I assist private companies with strategic & business planning, acquisitions of businesses, growth capital and financing, succession-driven shareholder monetization transactions, and divestitures / sale of businesses in the Prairies region.As the National Agribusiness Deals Leader, I work with an industry team comprised of 50+ professionals nationally committed to bringing value to agribusinesses across the value chain. I have assisted businesses in agriculture inputs, primary production, agri-food processing, agri-technology, and transport & logistics, amongst other areas, on successful strategic advisory and M&A initiatives.As the Manitoba Deals Leader, I support our national Deals practice in bringing value to private companies in the Prairies across the deal continuum (deal strategy, valuations, M&A advisory, due diligence, corporate restructuring, forensics, capital projects & infrastructure, and value creation).My experience includes working with private companies across various industry sectors, including agribusiness, food & beverage, manufacturing, industrial products, business services, building products, automotive, transportation, technology, healthcare/pharmacy, insurance, and retail. Prior to joining PwC Canada in 2007, I worked as Manager, Business Planning & Strategy for a Canadian Public Company. I am a graduate of McGill University where I earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and have attained the Corporate Finance (CF) qualification through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
