I was responsible for managing transportation services, optimised route planning, and driver allocation, using various data. Moreover, I was also tasked with organising shipping documents as well as managing purchase orders and payments. Furthermore, I assisted with troubleshooting IT related issues and ensuring all data was effectively collected, cleansed and analysed to ensure productivity while maintaining cost-effective operations.Achievements:▪ Effectively managed 25,000+ deliveries by ensuring data accuracy, which led to deliveries being on time and customers being satisfied with the service.▪ Organised data by using advanced Excel formulas to identify trends, which then led to management adopting changes to operational processes which led to a 20% cost saving in operational expenses. ▪ Received constant positive feedback and continually exceeded expectations as a result of ensuring customer requirements being understood and managed adequately.

I was responsible for analysing data in order to identify issues and gaps related to road assets management. Moreover, I successfully designed a data collection survey to assist with obtaining information related to various asset systems from Council staff. In addition, I was also responsible for creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations which were then used to present various report findings to the leadership team. Achievements:▪ Successfully designed a survey that was strategically positioned to gather vital information, which then led to an increase in accuracy and accessibility of the date, allowing better decisions to be made.

I was responsible for experimenting with different DAX formulas in Microsoft Power BI to visualise the data, including the data errors and warning visualization for schools, using a drill-down donut chart. I also assisted with the development of the project charter and business case documents.Achievements:▪ Successfully implemented a three-level dashboard using drill down donut chart, which then led to a better understanding of the issues in handling data.
