During my project on the "Pharmacokinetic Evaluation of Amyloid Inhibitors" at INMAS, DRDO, I focused on evaluating the pharmacokinetics of potential amyloid inhibitors. I learned ligand screening to assess their binding affinities and interactions, particularly in the context of targeting amyloid plaques. My work involved analyzing molecular imaging data to observe how these ligands interacted at the molecular level, which is crucial for understanding their potential effectiveness in imaging and therapeutic applications for neurodegenerative diseases. I became familiar with techniques like Thin-Layer/Column Chromatography, Fluorescence/IR/Mass Spectrometry, NMR, Potentiometric Titration, Sonication, and Rotary Evaporation, which are routinely used for analyzing and separating complex chemical mixtures. I also contributed to toxicity studies in rats and came across advanced computational techniques like Molecular Docking and Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulation.

My duties as the House Caption in High School included:- Coordinating with other student council members to maintain decorum in assemblies, corridors, recess, and meetings. - Helping teacher council members in organizing intra-school programmes. - Representing my house at all school events.
