I have 23+ years of extensive experience in Product Development, Agile and XP, Open Source Ecosystem and Web Technologies, with 10+ years at Thoughtworks.I am currently focused in helping organizations create a culture of Excellence by introducing modern Product Development & Engineering Practices, moving away from Project-Mode towards Product-Mode, Outcome-Oriented mindset.
