I have 23+ years of extensive experience in Product Development, Agile and XP, Open Source Ecosystem and Web Technologies, with 10+ years at Thoughtworks.I am currently focused in helping organizations create a culture of Excellence by introducing modern Product Development & Engineering Practices, moving away from Project-Mode towards Product-Mode, Outcome-Oriented mindset. My past experiences of working on multiple products across IBM, Startups, open source Tech4Dev and Bahmni, building Open Source communities, Knowledge Management Portals, conducting workshops and trainings for high performance teams at Thoughtworks, building Product Practice at Tavisca, etc. all come into play as an Advisor and Consultant.I am also the creator of a podcast series called: "Expertease" focused towards interviewing experts in the Indian tech industry.
