CurrentDrive relationship and project management with Banks by daily liaising and coordination with all stakeholders• Cross sell all NPCI new products in various verticals of PSU’s & Private Banks and working on the P & L for increasing the revenue.• Conduct Structured monthly product performance review with Bank for products like UPI, RuPay, IMPS, NETC, AePS, NACH.• Successfully delivered major projects and programs for PSU’s & Private Banks• UPI Projects (Lite, Mapper, Aadhaar OTP, Global & others) • NCMC, BEPG SI, S2S• AePS & IMPS• Successfully implemented regulatory projects like MACing, COFT & ODR for 6 PSU’s & 10 Cooperative Banks within the timelines.• Implementation of customization, enhancements, change requests.• Align and manage internal stakeholders within Products and Technology to create momentum and drive the business.• Closure of customer complaints and queries in coordination with Bank and internal Product/Ops teams within TATs to ensure customer delight.• Tracking the NPCI business numbers for account as well as the corresponding competition numbers.• Ensuring 100% Compliance to NPCI audit practices and Compliance to NPCI Circular implementation by the Bank.
