Overall responsibility for handling the Finance & Accounts function of the Indian subsidiary operating out of 8 locations, reporting to Regional CFO. Financial accounting, budgets, transfer pricing, local and international taxation & compliances, legal, company secretarial, risk management and commercial negotiations with vendors.Account Receivable Management for India Region (Sri Lanka, Nepal & Bangladesh) including setting up credit control policies for various channel partners (over 100 channel partners) spread throughout India.

Overall responsibility for finance, accounting, reporting, legal and compliance of the Indian subsidiary.Budgeting, sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, financial planning, analysing & giving inputs towards the commercial aspects & the pricing policy of the company. Interface with the Banks for treasury, import payments, bank guarantees, LC’s. Statutory & Internal auditors, day-to-day financial accounting, import and export processes, vendor management.
