I am Finance and Accounting professional with 18+ years in financial analysis and control, financial operations, auditing, and taxation. I am Certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, and currently pursuing Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from Associated Certified Chartered Accountants - UK. I work as Senior Manager – Finance at Alchemist Ltd. Over the years I have been involved with designing and implementing financial systems, and formulating policies and procedures to facilitate financial control. I have also formulated need-based business strategies for maximizing profitability, established strategic cost management systems, monitored various overheads, and achieved maximum cost control in operations. I have ensured compliance with Company Law for conducting internal audits, designed and implemented systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance and accounting operations, ensured stock monitoring (inventory/warehouse management), and managed receivables and payables. During my tenure, I have demonstrated business acumen in leading and managing operations, instituting financial controls, and achieving higher organic growth and significant turnarounds. I have over the years, conceptualized and implemented financial policies and procedures for effective fund management, maintenance and finalization of accounts, audits, profit monitoring, and MIS.
