Over 14 years proven record in project /construction management in his function of Contractor’ Representative for IFIs (EU, ISPA/IPA, ADB, KFW). Management of multi-disciplinary teams comprising local and international experts and multi- stakeholder projects including 8 projects in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, valued at 1-400MEUR in terms of works contract.
