Discovered my designing and problem solving skills during my project at Queensland University of Technology which earned me certificate of achievement in coursed designing of ITDuring the Professional Year Program, the business skills gained were performance management, employee experience, professional development, learning and development management, and learning design and development. These were practices in the PY project. The level of responsibility currently is 3 where I can apply confidently after following and assisting actively in the projects.
