- Was appointed the lead technician for the Imaging Machine and Configuration (IMAC) department in which I was responsible for priority orders and devices- Upgraded components within devices such as the RAM, graphics cards, and memory and imaged these devices with the desired OS- Troubleshooted faulty devices and performed post imaging quality checks, such as device security checks, correct program installation, and overall device functionality- Was actively involved with every aspect of Microserve’s tech center departments such as the configuration, warehouse, and asset recovery departments- Performed Wi-Fi-related tests to narrow down signal issues in dell latitude laptops under the direction of Microserve’s associate company, NTT. I was the only co-op student entrusted to be part of the testing team on the site location which took place over 3 days- Contributed to DE team meetings to help solve SCCM network installation and imaging issues- Trained and lead new full-time employees that joined Microserve’s Tech center team- Developed a troubleshooting and step-by-step configuration process report that new employees in the company later referred to as a tool to help speed up their ramp-up process
