I am a team player and work well on my own initiative when needed. I have good organisational and behaviour management skills that I have established within my classroom and manage my time for planning lessons and fun educational activities. From the beginning I like to build and establish good communication links with the children, parents and colleges. To develop my personal skills and practice I have completed various professional development courses such as Child Protection, mentoring, ECDL, Counselling, Anti-bullying and Psychology. Over the years I have raised money for charities e.g. world vision, Pudsey and Reach for a dream.
