Business Analyst- Ace Project Space (2021)o I have done a four-month paid internship in Red River College- Ace Project Space with a mobile company- Commetix.o I was working as Business Analyst and was responsible for helping the various developers to work together, keeping the team on track toward their common goal, and informing how to code business aspects of the website and dashboard.o The main deliverables of this project were to develop the existing software into the innovative SaaS application envisioned by Commetix Systems. The overall scope of the joint application was to develop and test the following features:o Backend: Secure document database that stores data for inventory, shipping, customer management and website preferences.o Frontend: Web dashboard that allows clients to customize websites, produce business reports and input new inventory or pricing data.o Used Agile and scrum Methodologies to deliver the project. Present some deliverables every two weeks to the client in the sprint review meeting.o Create use case and user stories in Kandan board and track my team performance.o Create test cases to test the website manually to detect and fix the errors.o Team had achieved the goal within the specified time and budget.o Present the final deliverables to the client in the last sprint review meeting and got approval.o The client was satisfied and impressed from the work our team did.
