I am a Methods Engineering Lead at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, a leading manufacturer of turboprop aircraft. I have a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chitkara University. My core competencies include manufacturing processes, methods engineering, and problem solving.In my current role, I work on the Work Structure Breakdown for the new DH515 Waterbomber aircraft, creating EMs to define parts, tools, processes, sequence and special instructions required to build a part/assembly. I also write work instructions and visual aids to assist the production team for assembly operations, and provide manufacturing data to facilitate fabrication of parts and assemblies that conform to engineering definition. Additionally, I perform changes to the EMs in accordance with the ECN process.I have also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at MacLean Engineering and VEEGEE Industrial Enterprises, where I contributed to continuous improvement projects, new product introduction, design and modelling, and root cause analysis. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to create innovative and efficient solutions for the aerospace industry.
