Services, Process, Planning, Environment, Welding). Participated in Root Cause Analysis, Implementation & auditing of systems & Procedures followed in Refinery Maintenance, Auditing Safety Points in the Unit, Work Permit Risk Assessment for the Critical Tasks, Job Steps for the Critical Tasks & developing procedure for the new nature jobs. P.M, C.M, B.M, Priority # 1 Jobs. Maintenance activities through MAXIMO System. Well versed and familiar in Standards related to refinery, Implement & Execute the Jobs as per the latest prevailing Standards applicable in the Refineries.  Well versed in Maintenance Planning Job Steps & day to day Mechanical Maintenance Planning in the refineries, daily routine jobs maintenance planning, CM, PM, BM Maintenance Planning, Turnaround Maintenance Planning. Participated in RCA meetings for the equipment failures in the related units in the refinery. Providing inputs for our divisional Maintenance Budgets. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is the Focal Point in the Unit Shutdown Activities, all the Jobs will be coordinated through us, which is involving external agencies, involving inter departmental activities. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer update the daily shutdown status in the shutdown format and will be discussed in the shutdown meeting. Pre Shutdown Scope Challenge Meetings attending and providing our inputs in order to freeze the job scope and Bar chart.
