Handing Entire North American operation for Manatec along with Warehouse stock operation

• Responsible for Developing New Customer Base & creating sustainable business in US, Canada and Latin America • Developing, communicating and setting merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies and empower the Brand Managers and CRM team to execute those plans.• Analyzing sales performance weekly, monthly and annually and develop strategic solutions to improve business performance, meet goals, and be a source of knowledge for team and company.• Overseeing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in the production of magazines, email communications, membership program and messaging.• Working to achieve the company's sales, margin and inventory turn goals.• Developing and maintaining an in depth knowledge of the market which includes competitive analysis, an understanding competitors’ strengths and weaknesses• Coordinating promotional efforts within the merchandising, pricing and CRM teams, as well as cross-functionally with the website and SEM marketing• Working cross functionally with the customer service, warehouse, accounting, catalog, web and IT to achieve company goals.• Mentoring the team with respect to product strategy, development, and marketing.• Co-ordinate with production and commercial once order is secured and responsible for payment collection• Keeping good relations with the customers and the team for improvement of the Sales• Fix appointment with New customer and convenience them and convert them as regular customer.• Assist Customers in installation of our machines sold and provide quick service support.• Co-ordinate with distributors to maintain Optimal stock and any location and improve sales• Responsible for P/L Ac of my assigned area.
