• Responsible for operation audits of all the functions (Operation-Receiving/Cash Office/Checkout/Membership), Merchandising (Fresh/Food/Non-food), Safety & Security (Fire & Compliance). • Monitoring process adherence in store and analysing shrinkage trend by doing inventory audit. • Ensuring sustainable healthy store operations by employing loss prevention and responsible for preventing financial loss from theft and fraud within a company. • Work with internal teams to coordinate, implement and execute shrinkage investigations to identify and resolve specific incidents of loss. • Investigate and resolve issues related to internal losses, fraud, or criminal acts with a thorough knowledge and understanding of operational programs and equipment. • Administer training programs related to shrinkage control, asset protection efforts, and operational efficiencies. • Minimize shrink, damages or variances by verifying merchandise is appropriately received, processed and safely organized; reviewing and analyzing various reports (for example, no movement reports, stock status reports, damage and variance reports, and claims inventory on-hand reports); monitoring trends and developing action plans to address exceptions; and teaching and training associates and managers on proper operational controls and processes • Assess the effectiveness of facility-level safety processes; communicate and execute policies, procedures and action plans in order to prevent and/or minimize incidents/accidents; ensuring accident investigation procedures are completed per company policies and procedures; and reviewing and analyzing accident trends to develop effective safety solutions in an effort to reduce risks.

•Responsible for the Back Office Operations including looking into the measures for controlling costs and increasing overall profitability. • Looking after the Merchandising Operations of the Unit. • Managing the training of the entire unit and maintaining high standards of customer service. • Coordinating of marketing activities along with corporate office. • Involved in recruitment procedure of the sales team at the unit level along with the unit head. • Appointed as a training manager. • Preparation of various analytical reports of the store related of sales and merchandising which are been sent to Head Office. • Ensure the needs of business are met in regards to the apparel construction, costs, product quality, and lead-times. • Innovation, product enhancement, and team work. • Participate in strategic meetings for future development and sourcing allocations and draw up the development allocation plan based on analysis of supplier performance, construction expertise, and target prices. • Maintain good relationship with different internal and external stakeholders • Monitor monthly cost center reports and controls budget for all development categories
