Key responsibilities- Compliance Resolution Team (Vanguard client)I work under CRT team. This team handles various plans of retirement like 402G, 401K ,Ineligible Contribution.Under this team excess amount of employee or employer is paid back to them in stipulated timeframe.Excess amount of employer is paid into their forfeiture account. The net refund amount gets affected by the gains/loses in the financial markets.

Key responsibilities- Complaints Team (Aviva client)Initially concerns or queries comes from customers via registered email, posts or social media.Explanation and suggestions are provided to them, based on which the customers decides whether to log a complaint or not with us. I work as Complaint Admin and Complaint Handler here. Complaint Admin- If the customers wishes to log a complaint with us than as admin i will have to register a complaint. After logging acknowledgement or receipt is created and will be posted or emailed to customers.Complaint Handler- Identifying the main cause of the complaint and providing them with precise and appropriate solutions which are provided by me.Compensation is provided by me to customers as per the intensity of the complaint. i.e- £100 or more. Complaints related to UK Pensions and Insurance are handled by me. i.e- retirement, surrender, db & dc, etc.

Key responsibilities: CDT Team (Prudential client)I use to handle profiles of UK Prudential customers. It taught me how to trace a customer that had previously some kind of insurance policies with Prudential firm and now are not in touch with the firm. Every 6 months a letter along with details form was needed to be prepared and posted to the customers registered address. If they wish to make changes to their name or address they can fill the form provided and return back to us, based on which changes where to their profiles in our system.Worked on Hartlink and IB system for making amendments in customer’s policies. Automated letters were sent to customers on regular intervals regarding their policy information which consisted of policy amount, current value of the plan, maturity and surrender information, etc.

Key responsibilities: Registration Team (state street)It taught me how the placing of Mutual funds is done as per the different needs of the clients. Creating new database of UK customers. Supporting my team members in solving queries. Becoming volunteer and arranging events such as fun friday. Providing a helping hand to TL in maintaining Excel reports for entire team. Completing the daily targets given by team manager. Creating a portfolio depending upon the clients requirements. Sending weekly reports of production to TL
