𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲. 𝗟𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆.Gurbaz is an engineer who has turned into a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 + 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 based in Gurugram. Being a π 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 with over 4+ years of experience, He have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and successfully delivered 𝟖+ 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬, that have allowed him to develop his skills in -: - 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁- 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 - 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻- 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴- 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻- 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴It all began 3.8 years ago, Gurbaz began as a user interface designer and learned to produce stunning visual designs that were pixel-perfect and incredibly attention-grabbing. Although everything was going well for him, he began to question whether the designs he was creating were actually helpful to users.𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 -:When it came to the UX phase, there was less design involved and more observing, listening, reading, applying, and reapplying instead. This was accompanied by the time element; the more time he invest, the more knowledgeable he become in the his design journey. In this phase, he learnt about motion design, interaction design, and research, but the most important thing he learned was how to carefully grasp the user's problem.𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲 -:His visual design wasn't perfect in his very first attempt. He was unable to solve user problems in his very first attempt. He wasn't born with the magic that would make him the world's greatest designer, but he realized that no one is. He laughed at this realization and said exceptions are always there. But he was mindful that maintaining consistency is crucial, and that this rule applies to all situations without exception, including design. He persisted in his efforts and ultimately became accustomed to the problem-solving process, because once you know it you will always get result. He managed teams, handled clients, dealt with vendors, and more while employed by multiple companies, but he never stopped. 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 -:He solved problems but never stopped learning, he adapted to modern AI tools and living a creative life.Want to direct your story let's connect
