Project planning, executing, monitoring and controlling from design phase to post production in accordance with the Early Stage Control ( ESC ). Prepare Project Schedule ( Macro & Micro ) with respect to Customer NPI and continuous monitoring of project progress. Perform Quality gates according to project lifecycle. Conduct weekly status review meeting with CFT members through OBEYA (Toyota Project Management Tool). Report status and progress to Top management and arrange countermeasures for critical obstacles.

Leading a project team, defining main guidelines, allocating project task and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones and providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects. Monitoring and controlling project progress and effective resources utilization and identifying and managing project risks. Capturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out. Effective and frequent communication with Customer and Internal team for the project progress.

Responsible for new product development of medical parts produced through Metal Injection molding process according to customer requirement. Participation in Team Feasibility meeting to understand the product requirement. Develop parts and get acceptance from customer and smooth handover to operations. Responsible of developing inspection methods and preparation supporting documents for customer and internal operations as per APQP and ISO 13485 requirement.
