My professional journey of over three decades in multiple leadership roles has been challenging but yet fascinating. More than the number of years of experience, it has been the experience of life that has given me an opportunity to learn, create and deliver value to the organisations. I have successfully set up business divisions, turned around businesses and led them to growth in multiple environments of closely held promoter driven organisation, private equity portfolio company and corporate setting. As a board member, I have been conversant with the board governance and high-intensity environment. Multiple business environments have given me highly autonomous operating experience to expand businesses by adapting to the depth and breadth of technology, human capital, processes, business dynamics and manage P&L in multiple revenue streams of services, systems and solutions. My technical expertise is in the mixed technology platform of Mechatronics and Cyber Physical Systems that intimately combine cyber elements and physical components of mechanics, electronics, informatics and intelligent control systems. I combine deep design strategy with cross-cutting industry domain expertise to understand the dynamics of industry, function, process challenges and orchestrate the right combination of technologies to improve customer experience and business outcome. Positioning the company, establish product-market fit, streamlining operations by improving efficiencies; innovate solutions, implement modular design, integrate design to manufacturing as a single process, establish better customer service experience, establishing enhanced sales process are the other successful initiatives implemented. I carry a design and innovation mindset to create value, lead transformation and deal with ambiguity. This has helped me think, experiment and look beyond the ordinary, everyday. I have been fairly successful in shaping innovation as a culture of the organization by interacting with people from the "top floor to shop floor" with the ear to the ground and elevate talent and processes for long-term success. I believe in maintaining a healthy mind and healthy body. Swimming helps me keep physically fit, while Yoga helps me in managing-self and "otherness".
