My role included Project management of all CSR projects, a Business Excellence coordinator for society perception, To carry out Social Audits of long term CSR projects, support and mentor close to 150 departments in CSR initiatives, to ensure employee engagement in all CSR initiatives, to ensure CSR Spend for a particular financial year with appropriate project selection, Support Directors report and Annual board meetings. Maintain external RBEI website w.r.t to CSR, and to design CSR communication strategies for maximum reach
