Control Room Engineer - RO Carry over the start-up, shutdown as per Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Co-ordinating with Shift Charge Engineers for creating work permit, isolating the equipments for maintenance activities. Preparing and maintaining daily and monthly reports. Preparing monthly reports of chemical consumption. Close monitoring of normalized permeate flow, salt passage and pressure drop by using membrane normalization programme. Organizing and carrying over chemical cleaning, flushing and preservation of R.O elements. Taken active participation in commissioning activities.

• Sales, Marketing and Services of Desalination plants, Softeners from Culligan USA, & Advanced WaterTek Australia. Marketing of specialty chemicals for RO plant, Chilled Water systems, Boilers and Cooling towers from Nalco Chemicals. Liaising with Consultant, Contractors and Government Officers for present and future projects. Conduct Technical discussion with Consultants and the Client regarding the project. Provide parameters in the designing of the RO system. Involved in pricing, techno commercial clarifications and preparation of quotation. Provide List of activities along with the time frame, to be undertaken for smooth & trouble-free running of the equipment, to the operation & maintenance staff. Prepare and submit operation and maintenance manual with list of spare parts. Handing over of the plant and provide periodic maintenance during warranty period. Coordinating with customer for annual maintenance contract. Preparation of business plans, building strategies to identify market requirements. Preparation and analysis of customer database for business development.

 Coordinating activities of civil, electrical & piping contractors on and off the site. Floating of enquiries and preparing techno commercial recommendations. Preparing Bill of Quantities of pipes, fittings and valves. Assisting in preparing equipment layout of manufacturing facility and utility block. Assistance in installation and commissioning of water treatment plant from UAT, Stretched Blow Molding Machine from SIDEL, Bottle Filling Line from German Mft.
