• Managing Group IT Related work suchas Billing Software, Biometric, Server & Computer Hardware, CCTV, Intercom System, Online Application like Paytm, Ultracash, Zomato, Centralize billing, Server Maintenance• Responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of major critical incidents that is disrupting application\network service that business user depends on, while adhering to departmental procedures• Managing over All Technological setup, which includes Telecom, Networking, Software, and Hardware• Perform system performance monitoring and tuning• Support, maintain, enhance and implement windows• Work closely with application & network teams to ensure that the issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner• Use of professional expertise to integrate work and make operating decisions on escalated issues. Accountable for all the IT Assets and also preparing operating procedures • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application issues utilizing logs, administration or monitoring tools• Coordinate with multiple hand support teams for escalated issues and participate in con-calls and Bridge-calls from remote support groups• Continuous follow-up with support team for relevant notification updates per SLA and drive resolution• Working on Servers, AD, security and firewall and application • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations • Disable accounts and collect hardware and verify software as part of termination processTechnical Skills:• PC Hardware: Installation, up gradation and maintenance of windows operating system, Hardware Service• Software: Prism, IDS, Lucid, Essl Biometric Software, Saral Payroll, P2000 Software• Operating Systems: Windows – XP, Vista, Windows-7, Windows 8, Windows 10• Server OS: Window Server 2003, 2008, Windows 2012 server, Windows 2016• Active Directory: Creating user account, distribution creation, terminating user, security group creation• Network: Networking Essentials, Wireless LAN Card, WAN technologies, Internet sharing• MDM (Mobile Device Management): Configure email, Wipe device, configure device, remote management• Basic Linux Bash Shell Scripting, AWS & MySQL• Knowledge of Electronics Security like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System
