Which is involved in various tasks like Indexing, Loan repayments, Distributions, Rollovers, Contributions, and Enrollment of new participants for U.S Employee Retirement and Pension Plans.• All the above areas have high financial implications which need to be processed as per client regulations. A slight miss in the rules can lead to huge Market Value Adjustments (MVA)’s.• Managing performance, coaching and energizing staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly achievement of service level and individual performance• Monitoring performance of every team member, ensuring a high level of quality and productivity is maintained and exceeded at all times.• Training the new hires & cross training current employees on need to basis• Preparation of monthly team billing for client and management. Operator Feedback on weekly/monthly basis: -Providing regular feedback to the operators on a weekly basis. Issuing report cards to the operators for their monthly performance. Conducting half yearly & annual performance appraisals. Client Interaction & preparation of MIS: -Preparing MIS on a daily basis. The MIS report is presented to the Unit Head & Senior Managers.
