Validating the NAV and the Profit & Loss of the hedge fund clients.• Reviewing the corporate actions booked in the system and ensuring that the same is correctly reflected in the books of the client• Daily & Month-end pricing of the portfolio across various financial products like Equities, Bond Options, Swaps, Futures, Forward ,CDS and other OTC products . To verify and compare valuations against various feeds received from NASDAQ, NYSE, using Bloomberg, Reuters and other various pricing vendors and analyzing the pricing exceptions (if any).• Performing various kind of reconciliation for Cash, Equities, Bond Options, Swaps, Futures, Forward, CDS and other OTC products within books of accounts, custodian & client• Checking that all OTC products traded by the client have been booked correctly (Interest rate swaps, Credit default swaps, Currency options, Commodity futures, etc.)• Reconciliation of Capital Activities of the fund.• Providing audit support for fund & Investor and assistance to funds in the preparation on financial statements.• Ensuring meeting customer expectations and PLA standards are met.• Developing and maintain excellent professional relationship with all stakeholders.• Facilitating continuous improvement of workflow, customer service, personnel development through various initiatives like training, sharing best practices and or process re-engineering.• Investigating reconciliation breaks between Investment Manager, Broker and or Custodian and achieving resolutions

As an Marketing intern my responsibility was to execute the market research for Ramsoft Product “Profiles Track” in Colleges. This product is proving a platform for information exchange between colleges and corporate world. The product designed earlier for corporate recruitment is now been transformed to “campus recruitment management system”, where HR been replaced by placement coordinator, consultants been replaced by placement committee members. This Software will really reduce the work of placement officer in college, at the same time, serves as a database for keeping records for previous placement history. In this Market research my prioritized duty was to provide product (profiles Track) information, Product Demonstration & take reviews from the placement officer with their contact details. Each and every possible college was been visited to find out the interest level from the placement cell to find out the requirement and improvement in such kind of service. Also the demo for evaluation is been provided to evaluate the present version of software
