Responsibilities:* Empowering Aspiring Entrepreneurs and Early Stage Startups via community focused events, workshops, programs.* Collaborate with Co-Working Spaces, Angel Networks, Mentors, Incubators / Accelerators, Venture Investors, Corporate & Industry Leaders and other Startup Ecosystem Partners* Design and Develop various programs and workshops to support startups* Volunteer Management in various chapters in India and across the Globe

- Process Changes, Improvements and Automation- Six Sigma and lean projects- Preparation of SOP's- Content Development

We work with Schools and Teachers, To assist Teachers to become Better Teachers through our training, workshops and personalized coaching.

Preparation of Business Plans, Branch Performance Analysis, etc

• Preparation and updating SOP’s and training documents. Training new team members• Setting of goals for Team and individual team members.• Conducting annual appraisals and providing monthly feedback to team members

• Supervising the UT – Statements & UT – Autoload team from April 2007. Report the team activities and Productivity on a daily basis to Team Manager.• Creating weekly and monthly presentations for review with clients.• Performed a role of SME and Trained new associates on Securities Domain and Process of UT – Statements and UT - Autoload.• Working with the Operational Excellence Team for automation of the data collection, this was manual process.Inter-party Reconciliation of Client holdings, against internal and counter party balances(Asset Management Companies) of assets with the Global Custodian - BNY Mellon.Recognise breaks, resolution and assignment of breaks to various departments for resolution.
