With more than two and a half decades of experience, I have a strong track record of leading purpose-driven, intra-preneurial teams from early concept stage to full product development, go-to-market, and market success.As a PhD research scholar, an alumni from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM-B), an engineer by profession, I have developed a unique blend of deep-technical, contemporary business, and leadership skills that enable me to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for diverse segments and domains. Some of my notable achievements include multiple CES innovation awards, EPDA awards, iF Design award, A' Design award, and NASSCOM Engineering & Innovation Excellence award. I am also a leadership coach, a strategic adviser, a mentor, and a member of various boards and associations.
