As Chief Business Analyst, I set up and led a team of Business Analysts to handle the SDLC processes from business requirement gathering, solution formulation till testing and user training. I also set up the initial contact centre and website, under the shared services umbrella. I also established the operations support for the Bancassurance and third party distribution channels. -
