- Designing solutions for the client requirement.- Preparing detailed designs and Integration documents.- Interact with client to understand the detailed requirements.- Development as required.

• Requirement Session – Participating in the requirement gathering workshop with the customer. It involves understanding the Client needs and mapping it to the Amdocs EPC product solution.• High level solution - Preparing high level solution document for ordering and customer interaction module and presenting it to Client. This includes the solution of the Client requirement from the Amdocs EPC product perspective. • Detail Design – Preparing detail design document for the ordering module. It involves mapping the high level solution to the Amdocs EPC product changes.• Resolution of open issues with Client • Responsible for the design and code review• Design and Development of complex module and integrations• Prioritize defect resolution• Consult with customer in all aspects related to the Amdocs CRM platform.• Supporting critical production issues that require quick turnaround time• Supporting production outages to resolve any issue• Participating in the production deployment, production readiness meeting• Reviewing the overall software release estimates with client in detail• UAT Support for the software release• Prototypes for proof of concept• Screen designs as per the usability criteria

• Gather the Portal Changes requested from the internal Portal users.• Detail design for the change request• Coding for the change request• Test case preparation and execution for the change request• Defect fixing
