Job Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with architects / Consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings. Prepare the Forecast monthly Material and Manpower Requirement based on Planned Schedule & Ensure that the contractor Fulfill. Collaborate and co-ordinate with Client to Purchase Employer Supply Materials & Delivered to Contractor on Time. Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent and comprehensive drawings and specification with the contractor. Check & do Required Quality Tests for Contractor Supply Materials. Approval of BBS & Measurement Sheet Submitted by Contractors. Approve the Reconciliation Statements Submitted by Contractor for ESM Materials. Monitor the delivery and work quality of vendors. Drive efficiency, review periodically, escalate issues and ensure corrective actions. Check & Approve the MEP works as per Required Level. Ensure implementation of construction QA/ QC processes. Assist in quality & safety audits at sites. Filing construction documents Like Checklists, Pourcards. Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization

Job Responsibilities: Coordinating with Sr.Site Engineer to Prepare and Plan the Activity Completion Schedule. Workout and Initiate well advance the Manpower, Material and Machinery Requirement to senior engineer to avoid the Delay. Setting Day to Day Target to Junior Staffs & Review Day to Day. Aware of Approved Materials for Project and their MDS. Read & Understood the GFC Drawings and if any Discrepancy has to be Cleared with Senior Engineer.  Raising RFI/RFT well advance to QC Dept. Follow Project Approved Quality Plan, Safety Plan. Monitor performance of works to method statements and best practice  Promote OH & S.

Job Responsibilities: Read & Understand the scope of works from the given contract documents, get the discrepancies clarified, if any and propose innovative construction techniques and alternate designs wherever possible to Design Dept. Plan the work in line with the approved Construction schedule and forecast the resources (labor, equipment, Material and Sub contract) in time to ensure timely deployment Ensure that the Engineering details (Shop drawing, Bar bending schedules, Technical queries, Method statements etc) are clarified well in advance to Junior Level Execution Team. Lead a team of Engineers & Supervisor to execute the scope of works in line with the Contract requirement, quality and time. Follow the Company HSE System and carryout works in full compliance Ensure that the required inspection and documentation are carried out and reports from QC Dept are submitted to the concerned in time Update & discuss progress of works with the Planning Engineer & Project Manager to expedite the progress work Track, update and discuss the Work progress, scope changes and variations with the QS and Project Manger to ensure proper billing Track the expenditure to improve on performance Encourage and motivate the team for successful accomplishments
