we are ready to start the bussiness in Health and hygiene products like all type of tissue products and cleaning chemicals.

Major Accomplishments: Supervising tissue conversion unit having a capacity of 450 Tones /Month including Engineering, Production, Quality & Purchase Operations. Managing Quality systems as per ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000. Handling Retail Products & New developments for Big malls like Big bazaar, Central, Vishal, Metro, etc., Implemented all new techniques to reduce to Manufacturing cost like Manpower reduction, Packing cost, utility cost, etc. Initiated Manpower utilization by adapting proper shift schedule & effective production planning. Introduced new products in every three months and packaging design development to cope up with the market requirements. Spearheaded a team of around 250 heads including staffs & employees. Joined as Manager Engineering, and then got promoted to Production Manager then to Factory Manager within a span of 3 years.

Major Accomplishments: Produced OTC, Creep, water and oil prove & motor insulation papers. Handled the total new project having the capacity of 30 TPD of OTC. The project included pulp mill, Machine, boiler, turbine, DG & EOT Cranes.

Major Accomplishments: Spearheaded the department activities and running plant & workshop activities. Executed new project for the capacity of 125 TPD craft paper.

Major Accomplishments: Performed all kinds of Preventive and breakdown maintenance of 1 MF and 1 MG Machines. Executed Mf rolls out newsprint at a capacity of 75 TPD @ 350 RPM and Mg rolls out Kraft paper at a capacity of 50 TPD @ 230 RPM. Commissioned Coarse and Fine screens in Pulp mill. Erected a poire screen in pulp mill. Involved in complete maintenance of workshop & implemented at the maximum possibility. ETP total implementation with Decanter supplied by ALFA LAVAL.

Major Accomplishments: Commissioned a variety of paper and pulp equipments. Executed Preventive and breakdown maintenance of paper machine & maintenance of fully fledged workshop. Designed, Fabricated and erected two high consistency pulpers to handle 35 TPD. Commissioned total De-Inking plant supplied by Lamort. Performed expansion of MF machine for speed and production and succeeded to get a production of 40 TPD @ 300 RPM. Designed & developed a new 5 Tons EOT Crane and commissioned. Developed a 17' and 21' Tri disc refiners and implemented in all machines. Fabricated and erected suction couch, Shell imported from Finland, new calendar stack for 4 roll design & new plate conveyor system for waste paper handling. Commissioned Johannes Berg rewinder. Fully commissioned 30 TPD Baggasse conveyor plant. Involved in total ETP expansion project.
