• Handling end to end recruitment process, screening the candidates as per the client requirement, interview scheduling and coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding and managing entire joining process.• Well versed with working on LinkedIn, Mapping and headhunting, various job portals ( IIM Jobs, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc. ).• Build robust pipeline of candidates through directly reaching out to candidates also reaching passive candidates through social media and other resources.• Ensure timely closure of the open positions.• Developing Job responsibilities (Job Analysis, Job Description & Job Specifications), Vendor Management.• Process definition and process improvement for recruitment activities• Proven abilities in Leadership hiring, X-ray search, Boolean search, portal hiring, data mining, head hunting, bulk hiring and social media hiring.• Expertise into recruiting for various skills like: Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, IT research, etc.• Functional expertise includes: Sales , Engineering, IT(software), HR , ,Fintech, BFSI, finance, Supply-chain, Production/manufacturing, Marketing, etc.• Responsible for Building up systems, processes, and policies along with implementations.• Managing and planning with stakeholders on business metrics daily basis.• Setting recruitment strategies from scratch, defining & documenting best-practices, and building company brand leveraging social media & digital marketing.• Additionally, handling Business development, Marketing, Digital Marketing, new client acquisition, and value-based growth – scaling for metric-focused growth and reporting key-metrics to the Founder.
