• Leads and manages a regional or global staffing team, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and development• Develops and leads the implementation of an annual staffing plan based on business workforce plans for the regional program• Ensures that staffing efforts are in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements• Manages the beginning to end staffing process within the regional or global program• Acts as a consultant to senior management on the development of broad strategy and policies where there is a staffing impact.• Building relationships with new clients, getting new requirements, starting with one requirement and moving on to become preferred supplier with companies. Negotiating contracts, negotiating rates, negotiating terms & conditions with clients.Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles.Interview, pre-qualify, negotiate offers and close hires, perform reference checks
